Experience & Expertise

Emily Weissman

Emily believes that your home is your haven, and finding clients the home of their dreams is extremely gratifying to her. As a licensed Associate Real Estate Broker and former attorney who practiced law for seven years, she is well equipped to guide you through the complex NYC market.

Emily makes sure you understand the myriad of details involved in a transaction and negotiates skillfully on your behalf so you get the best value possible. She genuinely cares about each client’s personal needs and draws on her experience and wisdom to help them make the right decisions.

A native New Yorker from Great Neck, Long Island, Emily earned a Business Degree from Tulane University, studied Residential Planning at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh, and received her JD from Cardozo School of Law. Her caring, attentive approach and strong business ethics are why so many of the relationships she builds are long-lasting.

Paul Ramirez

Paul has facilitated transactions ranging from 300-square-foot apartments to 200,000-square-foot buildings and even 5,000 acres of land in Napa. As former proprietor of his own brokerage firm, PAR Real Estate Advisors, and consultant to a European real estate fund managing over $100 million in transactions, he brings invaluable expertise in investment sales, finance, and property management.

“Having begun my real estate career in investment sales, my point of view is often based on economics or value, and that transactions should make financial sense. I am also very supportive and attentive in the way I guide clients through the process, because relationships, trust and chemistry are just as important as the deal itself.”

A native New Yorker from Oceanside, Long Island, Paul attended SUNY Oneonta where he was a four-year starter and eventual captain of the Division I soccer team—a sport he still plays around NYC today.

Together, Emily and Paul specialize in residential rentals and sales across all price ranges and neighborhoods throughout Manhattan. When not working, they enjoy spending time with their two daughters and their dog, Lou.
